Once the order has been taken information will be requested via an email message for you to supply for your bespoke painting. A single image that represents the character of the animal, and a short description of their personality will be requested. A delay in sending your information will affect the timescale of the commission.

Please allow up to EIGHT WEEKS for commission completion from submitting your information form, rush commissions are available at an additional cost and can be arranged for most tight deadlines, please enquire prior to ordering.

Please note that delivery times are not included within this time period, and Sketchbuck holds no responsibility for delays within the postal services. This item is DDU (delivered duties unpaid), the client understands that there may be import tax to pay before delivery of their painting charged by their respective country taxing body.
